Driven by discipline and a passion for performance, Jason brings a focused, no-nonsense approach to training — built on years of athletic experience and a love for movement. Having competed in hockey, lacrosse, and cross country, he understands the mental and physical demands of pushing past limits and performing under pressure.

Jason's coaching style blends structure with intensity, helping clients build strength, endurance, and confidence both inside and outside the gym. Whether you're new to fitness or ready to take your training to the next level, Jason is committed to helping you show up, stay consistent, and chase progress with purpose.

Steven Wakefield

 

I was first introduced to CrossFit and functional fitness years ago when my cousin came to visit. That day I learned what an AMRAP was and picked up a kettlebell for the first time. I thought I was in great shape from my time in the military until that one workout completely humbled me. I was hooked. I quickly realized that fitness needed to be well rounded, not just about one type of strength. I knew guys who could curl 75 pounds for reps but couldn’t do five pull-ups. I wanted more balance and more all-around capability. So I started attending CrossFit classes and was lucky enough to have a great coach who took the time to teach me proper lifting technique and movement patterns. Over time my passion for coaching and teaching grew. After a few years of training I decided I wanted to help others reach their goals too. I earned my CrossFit Level 1 certificate and began coaching at an incredible CrossFit box, leading both boot camp and CrossFit classes. I loved programming workouts and watching athletes improve, not just physically but in their confidence and mindset.

For me the best part of coaching is seeing people push themselves, never give up, and surprise themselves with what they can do. It’s not about being better than the person next to you, it’s about being a little better than you were yesterday.

Andrew LaForce

 

  Andy is a full-time firefighter, lifelong athlete, and dedicated fitness coach who brings intensity, grit, and a good time to every workout. With a background in sports like hockey and cross country, Andy understands the importance of endurance, discipline, and mental toughness.

Whether he's on shift or in the gym, Andy leads by example — pushing those around him to bring their best and stay committed to the grind. He believes fitness should challenge you, but it should also be something you enjoy. When you train with Andy, you’ll sweat hard, laugh often, and walk away stronger — every single time.

Melissa is a true force in the fitness world, combining her passion for movement with a professional background in physical therapy. A gritty and determined fitness enthusiast, Melissa brings a unique blend of knowledge, heart, and perseverance to every session. Her unwavering will and drive to help others improve both physically and mentally set her apart as a coach.

As a loving mother and wife, Melissa understands the balance of hard work, family, and personal growth. She leads with positivity, always encouraging others to push through challenges with the belief that every obstacle is an opportunity for growth.
